A selection of key initiatives led across finance, systems, operations, and technology — showing end-to-end approach and measurable outcomes.
These are selected examples of transformation initiatives. Each project reflects my approach to solving real business problems with practical, scalable solutions.
Australian legal, tax, and accounting professionals rely on accurate jurisdiction-specific primary sources. Generic AI tools hallucinate, cite US law instead of Australian, or route sensitive client data through offshore servers — creating serious professional risk.
Australian accounting, FP&A, audit, and tax teams work primarily inside Excel. Generic AI copilots either cannot see the actual workbook, or route its contents — including client financial data — to US-based servers, creating compliance and sovereignty risk.
Warehouse construction and structural steel teams rely heavily on manual, disconnected document workflows. Drawing revisions tracked across email threads and shared folders create errors and rework. MTO checking is time-consuming and error-prone when done by hand. QA sign-off managed through spreadsheets is difficult to audit. No purpose-built AI platform exists for construction document intelligence at this level.
Australian business environment where payroll and HR processes were largely dependent on a standalone ADP payroll system with limited integration into broader HR and operational workflows.
Finance operations relied heavily on manual Excel-based reporting with delays in month-end insights.
Procurement and payment processes were fragmented and inefficient.
Manual document handling processes created inefficiencies and risks.
Multi-country manufacturing and supply chain operations lacked system integration.
Legacy system limitations impacted reporting and operations.
Growing need for AI-driven document processing and analysis in a sensitive business environment where data privacy and security were paramount.
HR processes and institutional knowledge were scattered across multiple platforms, SharePoint folders, and individual documents, creating inefficiency and inconsistent practices.
Business relied on static Excel reports with limited analytical capabilities, causing delays in decision-making and missed insights.
Multiple departments were burdened with repetitive manual tasks that consumed valuable time and resources while introducing errors.
These case studies highlight selected transformation initiatives only. My wider project experience extends across SharePoint and intranet platforms, CRM, finance and operational transformation, system migrations, reporting and analytics, automation, governance, and enterprise technology delivery.
