I am a commercially focused transformation leader with experience across finance, operations, systems, governance, and large-scale project delivery.

My career began in accounting, but over time I deliberately expanded beyond traditional finance roles to understand how organisations truly operate end to end. Across manufacturing, certification, banking, consulting, small business, and aged care, I have built a strong ability to connect finance, process, technology, and people into practical, working solutions.

What differentiates me is not just the breadth of my experience, but the way I think. I naturally step beyond role boundaries to observe, analyse, and improve systems. I focus on understanding how things work beneath the surface—identifying inefficiencies, connecting gaps, and designing better ways of operating.

Throughout my career, I have worked across financial management, system migrations, business process improvement, PMO leadership, project governance, change delivery, and operational transformation. I have also supported small and medium businesses as an advisor and business partner.

In addition to corporate roles, I have had direct exposure to business ownership, which has strengthened my commercial thinking and practical approach.

Currently, I focus on transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector, leading a range of projects across operational efficiency, systems improvement, and compliance.

I also actively explore AI-driven solutions, including local LLM implementations designed to improve productivity while maintaining data privacy.
